Job Description

This Director of Technology and Logistics position is focused on assisting FSG and its team members in efficiency and technology utilization. We are specifically looking for a tech-savvy candidate who has extreme focus and attention to detail but is ready and able to work under pressure and in a creative manner. It is also essential that this person can work independently, meaning they can be trusted to focus on work during work hours (putting the cell phone aside) without having to be supervised. As a company, the best team members do not need to be managed; they simply need to be supported. We expect out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving. This team member will always have the benefit of a team but should be able to proactively look for problems to solve before they become problems.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

- Technology utilization: must be committed to knowing FSG’s tech ecosystem, maintain it, and seek ways to optimize its uses.
- Technology communication: must plan and communicate with the FSG team through technology changes and implementations
- Logistics optimization: must sit with team members, learn how the execute their primary duties, and serve them by spotting inefficiencies
