Job Description

This client service administrator position is focused on setting FSG and its team members up for success. We are specifically looking for an efficient and friendly candidate who has extreme focus and attention to detail. It is also essential that this person can work independently, meaning they can be trusted to focus on work during work hours (putting the cell phone aside) without having to be supervised. As a company, the best team members do not need to be managed; they simply need to be supported. We expect out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving, this team member will always have the benefit of a team but should be able to work through issues independently as well.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

- Getting the office set up for the day (making coffee, turning on TVs, etc) and shutting down the office for the day
- Prepare files for client meetings
- Managing mail (incoming and outgoing)
- Backend, administrative tasks on client accounts
- Anything needed to serve the team and make everyone better
- Work cooperatively with the FSG team to learn systems and processes
- Learn and become proficient with all technology partners of Financial Strategies Group (Gsuite, Wealthbox, Riskalyze, and others)
- Work cooperatively with the entire team to learn systems and processes

Job Type

Full-Time

salary:

$14.00-$18.00 per hour
